<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart system capable of easily and surely registering a document written by freehand. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic medical chart system 1 is provided with an electronic medical chart database server 20 for associating medical examinee information with a medical chart data file medical examinee ID to manage them, a terminal 10 for a doctor and a scanner 30. The terminal 10 for a doctor is provided with a barcode reader 13 for reading a paper ID printed on paper, an ID registration processing part for associating a medical examinee ID corresponding to an opened medical chart data file with the paper ID to store them during reading the paper ID, and an image registration processing part for recognizing the paper ID from an image obtained by the scanner 30, associating the paper ID with the medical examinee ID stored while associated with the recognized paper ID and registering the image obtained by the scanner 30 in the electronic medical chart database server 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
