<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear solenoid driver in which the gain characteristics of a drive current monitor can be varied depending on the drive current of the linear solenoid when feedback control is performed. <P>SOLUTION: The linear solenoid driver 1 comprises solenoid drive means 11, 12 and 13 for controlling the current level of a linear solenoid 3, and a current monitor 14 for monitoring the current level of a linear solenoid driven through the solenoid drive means and feeding the monitored current back to the solenoid drive means with predetermined gain characteristics wherein the current monitor has a gain characteristics switching function section 141 for varying the gain characteristics of the current monitor depending on the current level of the solenoid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
