<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for polyphase rotating-electric machines which can suitably control torque shock, regardless of its output ripple. <P>SOLUTION: It switches PWM control into instant current value control by the commands of the rotational speed and the output torque of a motor generator. In the figure, an alternate long and short dash line shows the boundary where the power loss by one-pulse control conforms to the power loss in PWM control with each other. It performs the switching from PWM control to momentary current value control on the lower revolution torque side than the boundary, and corrects the amplitude and the phase of the command current of the command current in momentary current value control, so that it may be one-pulse control on the higher revolution toque side than the boundary, according to the commands of the rotational speed and output torque. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
