BLACK MATRIX AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resinous black matrix having such a very high optical density per unit film thickness that it is excellent in light-shutting properties, and capable of suppressing occurrence of protrusions even if color pixels overlap.

SOLUTION: The resinous black matrix has an optical density of ≥4.5 per 1 μm of film thickness. The resinous black matrix is very excellent in light-shutting properties and can suppress occurrence of protrusions even if color pixels overlap.
