PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power stack for suppressing the adverse effect of noise on the control signal of a semiconductor module. SOLUTION: The power stack 1 is formed by alternatively stacking a plurality of cooling pipes 2, and a plurality of semiconductor modules 940 and 950. Both sides in the stacking direction of the semiconductor modules 940 and 950 face contact to the cooling pipe 2. The plurality of semiconductor modules 940 and 950 are classified into a plurality of groups depending on the difference of control timings.
