PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique effective for setting a rational visual field of a camera of a single view point in an object detection system for detecting information on an object on an occupant seat by using the camera. SOLUTION: This object detection system 100 mounted on a vehicle is constituted to set the visual field so that the whole of the object on a front passenger seat may enter the visual field of the camera 112, and the part may enter the visual field of the camera 112 as for the object on a driver's seat.
