PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comparatively inexpensive elastic nonwoven fabric having excellent elasticity, excellent flexibility, proper stress and excellent feeling, and suitable for a fiber product application, and the fiber product using the elastic nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: The elastic nonwoven fabric has a hysteresis ratio within the range of 2-8, measured by a stress/strain curve when the nonwoven fabric is elongated at 100%.
