PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleanser composition which little irritates skins and the like, has excellent foamability and a creamy foam quality, gives a good sense of use (touches such as rinsability and washing finish), and has excellent stability. SOLUTION: This cleanser composition comprises the following components (A), (B) and (C); (A) phosphate-based surfactants comprising (a<SB>1</SB>) a phosphoric acid monoester-based surfactant represented by the general formula (1) and (a<SB>2</SB>) a phosphoric acid diester-based surfactant represented by the general formula (2) in a (a<SB>1</SB>)/(a<SB>2</SB>) weight ratio of 90/10 to 50/50, (B) a higher fatty acid represented by the general formula (3): R<SP>4</SP>-COOM or its salt, and (C) a compound represented by the general formula (4): R<SP>5</SP>O(AO)<SB>q</SB>R<SP>6</SP>.
