PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic comprising a mixture of surface treated powder having excellent water resistance, good makeup keeping quality and improved wash-off properties. SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises the mixture of the surface treated powder in which the surface of two or more kinds of base powders (titanium oxide, iron oxide, etc.) is coated with a polymer containing an acrylic monomer of a specific structure (e.g. 12-methacrylamidododecanoic acid homopolymer or a 11-methacrylamidoundecanoic acid/1-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid copolymer) as a constituent monomer.
