PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding paper feeder for enabling high capacity and operational stability, while attaining a higher fold line quality. SOLUTION: This folding paper feeder has a drum 7 supplying paper sheets 4 such as printing paper sheets in a folding device 6 by particularly drawing out the paper sheets from, for example, a stacking body 3. A first serration wheel 10 is arranged on this drum 7. This wheel interlocks with a second serration wheel 17 for serration of the taken-out paper sheets 4. The second serration wheel 17 is installed on a dancer roller 15. This dancer roller slides on the first serration wheel 10, and is brought into pressure contact with a peripheral surface 11 of this first serration wheel 10.
