PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part feeding device capable of properly setting a relative position of a retaining position of a part and a feeding target position and accurately setting a relative position of a feeding passage of the part and a retaining position. SOLUTION: A reference member 14 for setting a vertical position of the part 1 is arranged on a support substrate and a retaining space 27 for receiving the part is formed by a receiving member 26 of the part 1 and a movable member 25 advancing/retreating relative to this. A retaining unit 22 for performing positioning and retaining of the part 1 is arranged in such a state that it is kept at an upper position of the support substrate 9, and an advancement/retreating type drive means for advancing the retaining unit 22 and transferring the part 1 retained there to the target position is mounted to the support substrate 9.
