PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic driven vehicle having a speed change mechanism by a simple and compact structure. SOLUTION: The speed change mechanism 31 comprises a base bracket 41 mounted to a vehicle body 11, a first rocking member 43 provided on the base bracket 41 via first supporting points 42, 42 in a rocking manner by being pushed and pulled by a vehicle speed setting means 25, right and left second rocking members 46L, 46R which extend from the first rocking member 43 and are rocked by being pulled by a steering means 27, right and left link plates 52, 52 provided on each of the right and left second rocking members 46L, 46R in rocking manners, and drive plates 55L, 55R which are connected to the right and left rink plates 52, 52 and supported by the base bracket so as to be turnable.
