PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct capable of cooling a heating element with good balance while suppressing any increase of the cost. SOLUTION: In a curved portion 220 of a duct 200, an inner surface 22 on the outer side and an inner surface 224 on the inner side are curved while increasing the flow passage sectional area thereof, and connect a cooling fan (not shown) to a DC/DC converter 160. A reinforcing rib 210 integrally formed on the curved portion 220 reinforces the curved portion 220 weakened by increasing the flow passage sectional area, and divides the inside of the curved portion 220 into an outer flow passage 240 and an inner flow passage 250. An upstream side end 212 of the reinforcing rib 210 is provided at the position where the volume of air flowing in the inner flow passage 240 is increased. A downstream side end 214 of the reinforcing rib 210 is provided at the position so that air flowing in the inner flow passage 250 along the reinforcing rib 210 strikes a part provided with a heat-generating unit 164 of a cooling surface 162 of the DC/DC converter 160.
