PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration due to the movement of a hammer to solve a problem that the operationality is damaged due to the vibrations transmitted to the hand of an operator since a rotary impact tool which is called an impact driver has a structure in which the hammer gives an impact to an anvil in the rotational direction while advancing/retracting on a spindle. SOLUTION: The hammer 30 and a balancer 40 are arranged in parallel on the spindle 13, and the balancer 40 is moved in the opposite direction relative to the axial direction of the spindle 13 while being rotated integrally with the hammer 30. Consequently, the inertial force by the move of the hammer 30 and that by the move of the balancer 40 are offset, and thus, the vibration is suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
