The cabin module (16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22) has a pallet forming a floor element of a cabin compartment (1), where a pre-installed component e.g. seat, is pre-installed onto the pallet. A quick release fastener secures the pallet to a floor structure of the compartment, and is disposed on a bottom side of the pallet. A structure of the fastener transfers a load imparted by the component from the pallet directly into a seat rail. A wall panel is installed onto the pallet to form a peripheral wall assembly, and a sidewall is subsequently fastened onto the pallet. An independent claim is also included for a cabin compartment comprising a set of cabins.
