<p>A method for fabricating solar cells using electrochemical deposition is provided to manufacture metal nano particles with various sizes and densities by controlling factors such as a current intensity, a current injection time, and a current intercepting time. A method for fabricating solar cells using electrochemical deposition includes the steps of: (a) forming a metal nano particle layer on a conductive substrate by using the electrochemical deposition to serve the conductive substrate as an operation electrode in an electrolyte solution including metal salts; and (b) stacking a semiconductor layer and a metal layer on the metal nano particle layer sequentially.</p> |
