A method for intermediating swap transaction through the network is provided to enable domestic/overseas owners of real estate to increase the efficiency of real estate asset by conditionally intermediating swap of the only real estate use right between real estate owners. An intermediating server registers personal information, desired real estate information, swapped real estate information, and a swap contract condition from a terminal of the owners wanting the swap(S100). A swap request is received from the owners wanting the swap. Swap transaction cases matched with each other are extracted among the swap requests(S110). A swap contract for permitting the use right to a swap intermediation company is made for the real estate possessed by matched swap requestors(S150). The swap intermediation company makes the swap contract for interchanging the real estate use right between the matched swap requestors(S160). |
