<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a simple/quick method of evaluating anti-oxidant power (active oxygen eliminating ability) capable of reducing the cost, in place of conventional methods, and to provide a measuring instrument therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The method of evaluating the anti-oxidant power and the evaluation device (measuring instrument) are developed for quantitatively determining the elimination amount of active oxygen by a specimen as a base, using electrochemiluminescence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
