<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for a brushless DC motor of a shredder for realizing a shredder scarcely getting incapable of shredding paper even if loaded with a large amount of paper and capable of shredding paper at a high speed when loaded with a small amount of paper. <P>SOLUTION: The control method for a brushless DC motor of a shredder controls driving of a brushless DC motor used together with a reduction gear for raising the shredding force for driving a shredder for shredding paper. The method includes the steps of detecting the rotation speed of the brushless DC motor (S6), determining whether or not the detected rotation speed is a prescribed rotation speed or more (S8, S10) and advancing the phase of power supplied to the brushless DC motor by a prescribed phase when the detected rotation speed is not lower than the prescribed rotation speed (S14, S16). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
