<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient method for producing a composition having anti-fatigue and endurance-enhancing actions to human and animals, and to provide foods and drinks and medicines, containing the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The anti-fatigue action composition and/or endurance-enhancing action composition efficiently absorbable to human and animals is produced by grinding Plerotus at ≤-30°C to cell size or less particulate, preferably 0.1-30 μm particulate and more preferably 1-25 μm particulate, without deteriorating the anti-fatigue action composition and/or the endurance-enhancing action composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
