<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass temperature detection device, a window clouding detection device, an air conditioner for a vehicle and a window clouding detection method capable of detecting surface temperature of a window glass without using an infrared ray sensor and without blindfolding a mounting part of a temperature sensor from the outside and capable of reducing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature sensor 11 of a sensor unit 1 is mounted at a point where a ceramic print of a peripheral edge of the window glass 2 exists. Glass inner surface temperature is detected by this temperature sensor 11, and humidity of air in the neighborhood of an inner surface of this window glass 2 is detected by a temperature and humidity sensor 10.
