PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog/digital converter wherein the effect of noises produced from its logic circuit block is suppressed. SOLUTION: Another terminal of a capacitor 12A for storing an analog input voltage AI given to an internal node NI via a switch 1 is connected to a midpoint of a resistance voltage divider 13 for generating a plurality of reference levels for comparison purpose connected between a power level VDD and a ground level GND. Since a level at the midpoint between the power level VDD and the ground level GND is less effected by the noises produced from the logic circuit block 20, the effect of the noise from the logic circuit block 20 can be suppressed without the need for isolating power/ground wiring and terminals 1, 2 between an ADC (analog/digital converter) 10A disclosed herein and the logic circuit block 20.
