PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined part capable of being flexibly manufactured at low costs in limited amounts in a short time, wherein a metallic material and rubber or soft resin is firmly bonded to inhibit peeling or compression fracture during use, and to provide its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A shock absorption component for receiving product 1 of a pallet for transporting a product which is one mode of the combined part of this invention, is a combined part comprising a metallic material 2 and a rubber 3 adhered to the metallic material 2, and the combined part is formed by bending or winding by pressurizing after the rubber 3 is adhered to the metallic material 2 by an insert molding or an outsert molding.
