PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply unit which reducing unevenness in output voltage. SOLUTION: This power supply includes: a power conversion section 2 for converting an input voltage from a power supply section 1 into an output voltage to be provided to a load; a voltage dividing circuit 4A for generating an output voltage setting signal for giving the set voltage value of the output voltage; a set value switching section 4B for switching a set value by switching the voltage division ratio of the voltage dividing circuit 4A to a different value by turning on/off set value changeover switches 4B1, 4B2; a storage device 4C for storing information for indicating an ON/OFF state that each of the set value changeover switches should perform so as to accommodate the voltage value of the output voltage within a specified range; a set value changeover switch control section for controlling the set value changeover switches so as to cause each state of the set value changeover switches to be in such a state that information stored in the storage device 4C indicates when the power conversion section 2 provides a voltage to the load; and an output voltage control section 5 for controlling the power conversion section 2 so that a deviation between the voltage value of the output voltage and the set value is zero.
