PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device capable of preparing a recorded document which can contribute to the case where a manuscript is managed for every multicasted destination and which can easily confirm even other multicasted destination. SOLUTION: The communication terminal device 31 comprises: a creation part 33 for creating image data D of a manuscript 41 by reading the manuscript 41; a transmission part 35 for multicasting the image data D to a plurality of destinations; and a first creation part 37 for creating a plurality of transmission certificates (recorded documents) 43 which are created corresponding to the plurality of the respective destinations by permitting the image data D to be multicasted and in which other multicasted destinations are recorded on a paper in addition to at least a part of images involved in the corresponding destinations and the image data D.
