PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem nonconformity, wherein when there are a plurality of image processing requests from a network, an output of encoded data is interrupted, a frame rate is lowered, and block noise occurs, as a result of increased processed loads. SOLUTION: The present invention includes a reading method of imaging element data, in response to image processing requested from a network; an image data output method of a development processing part; and a system or the like, capable of network outputting of stabilized encoded data by providing means for making selectable a proper image processing method, in response to a switching system thereof.
