<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling a large amount of detoxified incinerated ash generated by treating the toxic incinerated ash of general waste in a chemical-reaction type dioxin detoxifying plant. <P>SOLUTION: In order to utilize and consume a large amount of the detoxified incinerated ash, it is compounded and mixed with the asphalt of a bituminous material for paving a road, and the resultant material is used for a base layer and a surface layer of a pavement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
