摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a source driver in a display device in common to two or more kinds of display panels having different ranges of gradation voltage values, and to reduce manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: The source driver 6 makes a liquid crystal panel 2 display an image by applying gradation voltages to data lines of the liquid crystal panel 2. The source driver 6 comprises: a driving part 6b for applying the gradation voltages to the data lines based on data signals; and a gradation voltage change-over terminal 61 connected to the driving part 6b. The driving part 6b has two kinds of gradation voltage ranges, and the gradation voltage range is set to either one of the two kinds of ranges according to whether a gradation voltage change-over terminal 61 is connected to a ground terminal 62a or to a voltage source terminal 62b. The source driver 6 is available in common to the two kinds of liquid crystal panels 2 by changing the connection terminals of the gradation voltage change-over terminals 61 according to the liquid crystal panels 2 to be used.
