METHOD FOR MEASURING AMMONIUM ION CONCENTRATION IN WATER, AND MEASURING COLUMN THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring ammonium ion concentration that is easy of determination and has high quantification properties. SOLUTION: Ammonium ions in a measurement sample are made to color as indonaphthol blue with a coloring reagent, and a certain quantity of the coloring sample water is made to flow/develop into a measuring column to form a color band; and the blue color band length is compared with that of a color band made by coloring/developing a separately prepared ammonium ion standard solution in a similar manner, and the ammonium ion concentration in the measurement sample water is measured.
