PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch for refilling capable of easily transferring a content to be refilled to a container without any leakage from a spouting nozzle having a tapered shape of the container. SOLUTION: The pouch for refilling is used for a container 18 which is formed in a bag shape by overlapping at least two side wall films 11 each other to perform the seal bonding 22 of peripheral edge portions thereof, capable of storing the content for refilling in a storing part 13, and provided with the tapered spouting nozzle 17. The pouch for refilling has a spout-projecting part 14 having a spouting opening 16 by cutting off a fore end part 14a. A spouting flow passage 19 directed from the storing part 13 of the spout-projecting part 14 to the spouting opening 16 is formed in a forwardly thicker shape so as to be along the forwardly tapered shape of the spouting nozzle 17 of the container 18. A shape keeping member 20 is mounted along an inner peripheral surface of the spouting flow passage 19 directed to the storing part 13 of the spout-projecting part 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
