PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cleanly peel and cut off an optical film so that adhesives are removed almost completely. SOLUTION: This optical film peeling device partially peels a deflecting plate 116 as an optical film attached to a glass substrate 102 as a substrate, and is provided with a moving unit 80 as a movable portion capable of linearly moving relatively to the substrate. The movable portion has a cutter 82 for cutting the optical film so as to scrape the optical film and a nozzle 10 as a solvent supply portion for supplying a solvent along the cutter.
