PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform the technical training for pouring molten metal to a person to be experienced and easily make transmittable of the expert technician to the other persons to be experienced by easily and accurately measuring the behavior for pouring the molten metal with the expert technician to make data and by measuring the behavior for pouring the molten metal of the person to be experienced, who receives the teaching for pouring the molten metal as the same way to compare both data. SOLUTION: A bridge circuit 9 is constituted by fixing at least four strain gauges 8 in the same interval at the circumference of the gauge fitting part 7 arranged near a ladle 2 root of a ladle rod 3, and a personal computer 11 detects the molten metal pouring speed variation to calculate a molten metal pouring parameter with the angle variation of the ladle 2 and the weight variation of the molten metal 4 in the ladle 2 by receiving the signals of this bridge circuit 9. Further, the corrections of a sensitivity difference in each strain gauge 8, the unevenness of the fitting position of the strain gauge 8 and the shifting of the fitting angle, are performed. This measuring system is used and the data of the expert technician are obtained and compared with the person to be experienced for receiving the technique for pouring the molten metal to perform the teaching so as to match to the data of the expert technician.
