PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of erroneous determination for leak check even if a first pump 7 for promoting the supply of a vaporized fuel from a canister 5 into a suction line 3 has a high discharge capacity in a leak check device of a vaporized fuel treatment mechanism 4. SOLUTION: This leak check device 1 comprises the first pump 7 for applying a gas pressure to the canister 5, a first control valve 8 for opening and closing a circuit between the canister 5 and the first pump 7, a second pump 9 having a lower discharge capacity than the first pump 7, a gas flow passage 35 which communicates with the canister 5 and in which a gas is fed by the second pump 9, a pressure sensor 11 for detecting the pressure of the gas in the gas flow passage 35, and an ECU 13 for determining whether a leak occurs or not in the vaporized fuel treatment mechanism 4 based on the detected values by the pressure sensor 11. Since the second pump 9 with a low discharge capacity by which the possibility of erroneous determination is low can be used for leak check, the possibility of the erroneous determination for leak check can be reduced even if the discharge capacity of the first pump 7 is high.
