PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact mat with improved convenience. SOLUTION: This compact mat 1 incorporates hard cotton copying the shape of a mat part 2 in its inside. Seams 3 equally extending in the width direction are sewn at four parts in the longitudinal direction of the mat part 2. The both long sides of one end (left side of the figure) of the mat part 2 are provided with strings 4 and 5. The end face of the string 4 is provided with a nylon or polyester hook-and-loop fastener 6a. The end face of the string 5 is provided with a hook-and-loop fastener 6b.
