PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of variously changing the flow-down of game balls in a whole game board and the winning rate of the game balls in a plurality of winning ports. SOLUTION: The game machine includes: a first distribution area 51 for distributing the game balls shot to a game area 2a to a passage gate 13 and the other parts; a second distribution area 52 which is the area where the game balls that are not distributed to the passage gate 13 in the first distribution area 51 pass, and distributes the game balls to a warp inlet 40 and the other parts; a third distribution area 53 which is the area where the game balls that are not received in the warp inlet 40 in the second distribution area 52 pass, and distributes the game balls to a variable winning device 18 and a general winning port 12; and a fourth distribution area 54 which is the area where the game ball passing the passage gate 13 pass, and distributes the game balls to the variable winning device 18 and the third distribution area 53.
