PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder fine grain tea giving with dispersibility and easily dispersible and drinkable, in view of the fact that the frequency of use of PET-bottle powder tea beverage and powder tea is steadily increasing because of health intention and easiness, by everyone regardless of men and women of all ages, but the more powder tea is pulverized to increase absorbing ability from a standpoint of functionality, the more powder tea becomes undissolved and lowers quality on appearance when diluting in hot water or water. SOLUTION: A method for producing the powder fine grain tea comprises evenly convecting fine powder tea in a container in a granulation process, and spraying water diluting enzyme followed by drying.
