<p>The device has a spraying device (12) for discharging pressure fluid e.g. water, and holding areas (14, 18) for holding the device and a vibration damping unit for decoupling one of the holding areas with respect to vibrations produced by the spraying device and/or by a high-pressure pump e.g. piston pump, for the pressure fluid. The vibration damping unit is switched between the vibration-decoupled holding area and the spraying device and/or the high-pressure pump, where the damping unit has a band unit.
