A method for lighting of the room comprises receipt, reprocessing, measuring, arrangement. At first, the material of luminous wallpapers with landscape is reprocessed, measured, put on the wall, smoothed, then adjusted, switched electric power supply to the landscape contour with phosphorous-containing light irradiator, disposed between two plastic films, which pass ultraviolet beams and stored stabilization of luminescence of switching off the electric power, at that, for local lighting the shape and sizes of wallpapers bits are transformed.
