The proposed system for conclusion of contracts for selling and purchasing goods by using electronic facilities contains the automated system manager workstation, a processor for determining the route and cost of the transportation of goods, a processor for monitoring the protocol of interaction between the clients and the manager of the system, and automated client workstations. Each client workstation contains facilities for message exchange between the client and the manager automated workstation and facilities for entering the identification data of the client. All operations associated with the reception and transmission of the messages are accomplished via the processor for monitoring the interaction protocol.
