PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric ceramic transformer unit which is not shifted from a substrate even if a piezoelectric ceramic transformer vibrates when the unit is driven and can be stably fixed on the substrate. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric transformer unit 1 is configured using a piezoelectric ceramic transformer 2 and a holding member 6. The transformer 2 has a piezoelectric ceramic 12, first input electrodes 14a, 14b; second input electrodes 16a, 16b; and output electrodes 18, 20. The holding member 6 is provided so as to surround the external periphery of a direction vertical to a longitudinal direction of the piezoelectric ceramic transformer 2, and has a shape in which its width becomes smaller as it moves away from the piezoelectric ceramic transformer. The piezoelectric ceramic transformer unit 1 is arranged so that the holding member 6 is provided between the substrate 4 and a fixing member 8, and is fixed on the substrate 4.
