PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device and a manufacturing method therefor which enable efficient use of light emitted from an emission layer. SOLUTION: The light-emitting device includes a transparent board, a lens layer composed of a microlens and a sealing material that are disposed on the transparent board, a transparent electrode layer disposed on the lens layer, the emission layer disposed on the transparent electrode layer, and an electrode layer disposed on the emission layer.
