PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system that can remarkably improve the reliability of virtual storage space migration. SOLUTION: A management computer comprises a management part for managing loads on virtual storage spaces in virtual storage devices in each predetermined period and corresponding thresholds, and a migration command part for, when the load on any virtual storage space managed by the management part exceeds the threshold, designating the virtual storage space as a virtual storage space to be migrated, and commanding the migration of the virtual storage space to be migrated to another virtual storage device capable of intercommunication with the host computer that is provided with the virtual storage space to be migrated and with the storage device that has a storage space corresponding to the virtual storage space to be migrated. The virtual storage devices each comprise a migration part for migrating such a virtual storage space to be migrated as is commanded to be migrated by the migration command part, to another virtual storage device.
