PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal-WEB content-link time limit management system and method capable of inviting new business by facilitating connection processing to the Internet by a cellular phone in the utilization of a two-dimensional code, providing the two-dimensional code with information expression power and demonstrating identification power and an information transmission function in the two-dimensional code at a maximum. SOLUTION: In the portable terminal-WEB content-link time limit management system comprising a service provision part having a function of linking a URL to an encoded image wherein identification data are embedded and a function of setting a time limit to grant the link, an image supply part having a function of printing the encoded image, a portable terminal having a function of imaging/decoding the encoded image, and a WEB content provision part, the service provision part returns a corresponding URL to the portable terminal only in the case that the time of reception is within a period when the identification data acquired by imaging/decoding the encoded image in the portable terminal are transmitted to the service provision part.
