PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoothing circuit whose cut-off frequency can easily be changed by a user. SOLUTION: The smoothing circuit, which is provided on a semiconductor integrated circuit, comprises resistance elements and capacitance elements. The smoothing circuit includes a first parallel circuit, in which the resistance elements are connected in parallel to a switch, when the cut-off frequency is set.
