PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dewatering/drying device having a constitution capable of smoothly performing dewatering treatment and conveying a resin material after dewatering. SOLUTION: In this dewatering/drying device having the constitution for introducing a raw material centrifugally dewatered by a porous conical rotary basket 103 to a cyclone portion 300 through a duct 200 connected with the porous conical rotary basket and taking out the same, a rotary blade 106 rotatable with the porous conical rotary basket 103 is disposed on an upper part of a partitioning plate 105 blocking between an upper edge of the porous conical rotary basket 103 and an upper face of a case 101 receiving the basket, and the raw material accumulated on a surface of the partitioning plate 105 is scraped off and released toward the duct 200, thus the raw material released from the porous conical rotary basket 103 is prevented from being disturbed in conveying.
