PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an exterior wall panel of a unit building by which the exterior wall panel having an appearance of the vertical end edge without a warp, a lift or a level difference, and having an excellent waterproof property can be obtained, and a mounting method for the same. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the exterior wall panel of a unit building, frame bodies 12, 22 are fixed to rear faces of vertical end edge parts of the exterior wall panels 11, 21 along the vertical end edges 11a, 21a. Rear faces of the frame bodies 12, 22 are positioned to face surfaces of unit columns 30, 40, respectively, and the vertical end edges 11a, 21a are arranged so that they may be substantially flush with outer lateral faces of the unit columns 30, 40, respectively. Outer lateral faces of the frame bodies 12, 22 are connected to the outer lateral faces of the unit columns 30, 40, respectively, at two upper and lower positions, at least, by using connecting members 5, 16, 17.
