PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating wall structure capable of easily opening and closing a door without busing a machine, without requiring labor so much for disassembling, and without generating even industrial waste of concrete, while dispensing with welding and concrete spraying in installation. SOLUTION: This sound insulating wall structure 10 has a sound insulating wall 14 and a sound insulating door 16 rotatably arranged in the doorway 32 arranged in the sound insulating wall 14. The sound insulating wall 14 has a plurality of columns 18 having an insertion part continuing in the lengthwise direction in both side parts and erected at a predetermined interval, and a plurality of concrete or steel sound insulating panels 20 stacked by inserting and supporting both ends into and by the insertion part of the columns 18.
