PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide prefabricated scaffolding which ensures safe assembly and disassembly thereof, and to provide a frame thereof. SOLUTION: The prefabricated scaffolding is formed of H-shaped frames each consisting of two pipe supports 10 and a horizontal rod connecting between the supports, in place of a conventional double-cross frame, and assembled by vertically connecting the plurality of H-shaped frames together. The frame located in an upper stage of the H-shaped frames, has a lower small-diameter portion 11 and a claw portion 25 at a lower edge thereof, and the H-shaped frame in a lower stage has an opening section 30 formed at an upper edge thereof, for allowing insertion of the claw portion therein, and a horizontal pin 23 arranged in a pipe at a location below the opening section. When the frame is assembled, the claw portion of the upper-stage frame is inserted into the opening section of the lower-stage frame, and while a curved portion at the tip of the claw portion is engaged with the horizontal pin, the upper-stage H-shaped frame is gradually erected, to thereby connect the upper and lower H-shaped frames together and form the prefabricated scaffolding.
