PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining clear treated liquid having no suspended matter by membrane treatment or centrifugal separation without diluting alcoholic beverage production waste water, for establishing simple and inexpensive solid-liquid separation technique of the alcoholic beverage production waste water so as to promote effective utilization of the alcoholic beverage production waste water, as a part of a circulation type society. SOLUTION: As a result of eagerly studying solid-liquid separation method of the alcoholic beverage production waste water, it is found that clear treated liquid can be obtained by membrane treatment or centrifugal separation after adding at least one mineral based carrier chosen from a group composed of white carbon, diatomaceous earth and kaolin clay to the alcoholic beverage production waste water without diluting the alcoholic beverage production waste water. Namely this invention relate to the solid-liquid separation method of the alcoholic beverage production waste water which is characterized by adding at least one mineral based carrier chosen from a group composed of white carbon, diatomaceous earth and kaolin clay to the alcoholic beverage production waste water without diluting the alcoholic beverage production waste water.
