PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel filter capable of improving the filtration performance. SOLUTION: The fuel filter 10 comprises a filter case 12 forming a filtration chamber 18 having a flue flow-in port 33 and a fuel flow-out port 35 and a filter medium 14 for partitioning the filtration chamber 18 into a dirty side fuel chamber 40 on the fuel flow-in port 33 side and a clean side fuel chamber 42 on the fuel flow-out port 35 side and filtering the fuel. A guide projection 47 for guiding fuel to spread the fuel to the entire peripheral face of the filter medium 14 is installed at a prescribed gap on the opposite to the outer peripheral face of the filter medium 14 in the inner wall face 21a of the dirty side fuel chamber 40.
